Privacy Policy

• Zen considers your privacy to be important.

• When Client registers to use any Zen service or purchase any Zen Product, Zen may ask Client (or Client may be asked by prompts from the web site, for example), to provide certain information which may include Client Name, Address (including e-mail address), and Telephone Numbers, etc. When this information is used in a manner that identifies Client, this information shall constitute "Personal Information". When this information is used in a manner that does not identify Client, this information shall constitute "Statistical or Aggregated Information".

• Federal law allows Zen to collect Personal Information from or about Client using the Zen service without Client consent in order to: (i) obtain information necessary to render the Zen service to Client and (ii) to detect unauthorized reception of service. Zen may collect other Personal Information from Client with written or electronic consent.

• Zen uses Personal Information for legitimate business activities related to the provision to Client of any Zen service, including, without limitation, to bill Client for Zen services, for accounting or tax purposes, to detect unauthorized use of a Zen service, violation of the Zen Acceptable Use Policy, or violation of law, and for mailing or sending promotional material or information to Client about products and services. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Website, services and products. We do not provide site visitors with access to information that we have collected and that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us at the above address or writing to us at our physical address.

• We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.

• We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

• Zen will implement reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access.

• Zen reminds Client that when Client posts any information about themselves or others to Chat Rooms or similar interactive bulletin board sections of the Internet, Client is revealing such information to strangers benevolent or hostile. Additionally, when Client visits sites and other sections of the Internet, each may be governed by different privacy policies and any information Client provides about themselves in such sections may not be protected by policies akin to this Zen Privacy Policy. Please use caution and good sense.

• If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail or calling us.

• From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
