Zen Engineering is unveiling a new service that is one of a kind. In our experience we have noticed that many engineering firms roll out new software but don't get the proper focused training that they need. As a result the users aren't completely aware of the software's capabilities and how they can use it to be more efficient. Also, once the staff begins to use the software, they realize that the software configuration isn't customized to suit their needs and they spend unnecessary time setting it up in order to use it the way they envisioned. This service will identify all of these issues by conducting an analysis of how the software is intended to be used and making recommendations as to what training should be done along with identifying areas where we feel your company can be more efficient.
This service will also evaluate the users understanding of the software and make recommendations as to what training requirements could help the users in their everyday workload. As part of the analysis this service will determine what CAD standards (if any) are in place internally, as well as what agencies the company works with, and then in turn will make recommendations regarding setting up the configuration files to accommodate those needs.
