The Zen survey guides focus on the core
survey functionality of the InRoads Survey software. Specifically,
these books address the coding, import, processing, and fieldbook
clean-up, as well as surface and geometry creation. Beyond the survey
functionality InRoads Survey contain InRoads-based tools. These
tools are not covered in extensive detail in the survey books, but
are addressed in the InRoads books. This was done intentionally
to reduce covering overlapping commands. For this reason, if you
have InRoads Survey, it may be advantageous to purchase both the
InRoads book and Survey book. Please feel free to download the Table
of Contents to determine the precise material covered within any
particular book.
The Zen delta guides focus on taking
an experienced user from one version to the next. In many instances
version changes do not require a 'delta'; however in some cases
the software has undergone significant changes in more than one
area. These version upgrades typically require additional learning
in order to fully grasp the new functionality or workflow. Please
feel free to download the Table of Contents to determine the precise
material covered within any particular book.
