Mark Ditko - President
With almost 30 years of experience Mark has accumulated a working knowledge of grading, paving, water, sewer and other utility design with emphasis in the use of CADD in the production of Engineering working drawings. Throughout the years, he has specialized in Surveying, Coordinate Geometry, Hydrology, Pipe & Channel Hydraulics and extensively in site Grading & Earthwork calculations, by both hand methods and various computer modeling methods. |

Joe Muni - Director of Media Production
Joe Muni has twelve years experience in Civil Engineering. Joe is responsible for overseeing Zen's materials development, providing our customers technical support and offers a new service to Zen Engineering, Inc. called Engineering Software Utilization Analysis. |

Charlie is an engineering automation expert, specializing in implementation, training and execution of 3D Design projects. He is founder and Manager of Zen Engineering's Visualization Group, with focus on producing renderings, animations and multimedia products to convey project vision to a broad range of target audiences. |
