Kodak Plant, China:
Worked as a consultant with Fluor Daniel, in New Jersey, assisting them with a Kodak facility in China. The work was heavily weighted toward the use of StormWorks, involving storm and sanitary sewer design. InRoads was used to create the finished grading design model. InWater was also utilized for domestic water & fire protection. (Intergraph S/W)
Bureau of Indian Affairs, Juneau, Alaska Office & Aberdeen, South Dakota Office:
Worked as a consultant to implement their newly acquired InRoads software. Standards were constructed and various levels of training implemented to bring everyone up to speed on their projects. The overall project involved documentation, training and specific project support. (Intergraph S/W)
Mobil Oil Clean Fuels Project, Torrance, CA:
Quality Process Improvement Facilitator responsible for process improvement and coordination between Engineering (Bechtel) the Refinery (Mobil Oil) and the two Construction Contractors (Serv-Tech & IST) on the $116MM project.
Disney/MGM Studios Europe, France:
Job Captain / Civil Engineering Group Lead / Civil Engineer. Responsible for scope, schedule, staffing & budget of the civil portion of the DMSE project, and additionally, CADD system management, INROADS modeling & quantities, INSEWER, training and all project COGO. Liaison between Disney Imagineering Park development & layout and Bechtel Engineering. Responsible for all DMSE park base Civil CADD files. 2 year project resulting in a Site Development engineering package and an Area Development (fine grading) engineering package. (Intergraph S/W)
The Foothills At South Mountain Park, Phoenix, Arizona:
Design Engineer for a Portion of a 4,100 acre development including preparation of master plans and infrastructure design drawings. The project scope included site investigation, construction management, detailed onsite Hydrology Studies including detention pond systems, Drainage Reports, significant storm water system design from major offsite South Mountain runoff, Roadway grading & paving along with Earthwork quantities calculations. Superstition Springs, Apache Junction, Arizona:
Design Engineer on a 1,650 acre Master Planned Development at the Superstition Freeway and Power Road. Designed utilities, grading and paving of infrastructure roads and on-site & off-site hydrology. The project scope also included off ramp considerations from the Superstition Freeway and roadway crossings on the major arterial street, Power Road.
Toyota Testing Facilities, Glendale, Arizona:
CADD Systems Coordinator and Civil Engineer for 1-1/2 mile Entrance Road to testing site at Patton Road and 299th Avenue. Intergraph INROADS Design for vertical & horizontal control and earthwork. Also acted as liaison between Bechtel Corp & Rick Engineering during the transition of the bulk of the project files to Bechtel / Sverdrup. Responsible for Cadd files & modeling of the existing ground conditions of the test track site. (Intergraph S/W)
Circle K Headquarters, Phoenix, Arizona:
Civil Engineer/Engineering CADD Coordinator on Circle K Headquarters at 44th St. & Camelback Rd. Design included utilities, paving, grading & drainage, and coordination of building geometry with the Architectural group. (Ingr S/W)
Estrella Vista, Goodyear, Arizona:
Design Engineer on a Master Planned Community of the 1,440 acre Goodyear City Center at Yuma Road and Reems Road. Site inspection, hydrology and assistance in utility design. The scope of this project included site investigation, Hydrology & Irrigation Studies, Drainage Reports, Storm water system design, Roadway grading & paving, along with Earthwork quantities calculations.
Ahwatukee, Arizona:
Design Engineer on a portion of the 2,200 acre Ahwatukee development. Site inspection, hydrology, coordinate geometry, legal descriptions.
Catalina Island Resort, Avalon, CA:
Civil Lead/INROADS Lead on a 3D modeling effort of a portion of Catalina Island, to present a newly planned Gosnel Resort to the Island Development Committee for project approval. (Intergraph S/W)
