We have a few hundred geometry chains that we need to annotate and we are trying to find out how to automatically generate labels for the chain name and description instead of going in and manually placing text. Is there a feature that I'm overlooking?

Hi Steve!
It's been a while.
Unfortunately, I can't think of any way to do that at the moment. I might get struck by a brilliant lightning bolt overnight, but for now the only way that I can think of doing that is through the Place Plan Note drafting tools. But each alignment would have to be selected and then the text placed. It's a whole lot easier than doing it manually, that's for sure!!!! (If the alignments were closed shapes that would be different. But I suspect they are not all closed.)
